Ordering on Picotado · Design Studio & Crafts’ online shop is very simple!

Create Account or Login

You must start by clicking the “My Account” link that is located in the footer. Then create an account by entering an email and password. If you have already created an account, you only have to enter your email and password in the respective fields in the “Login” section.

My account

After logging in, you must fill all your information on the “My Account” page. In the “Edit Account” page, you must fill the information fields regarding the user. You will also have the opportunity, to change the password. On the “Edit Address” page, you must provide a billing and delivery address. These addresses may be the same or different.

Choosing Products

After the account has been created, you are ready to place your order in the Picotado · Design & Crafts’ online shop. You only need to choose the products that you wish to buy! To simplify your search our product catalog distributed in three main categories:

· Accessories
· Lifestyle
· Prints & Stationary

Checkout

To finish your order, you must access the “Cart”, located in the upper right corner of the page, and select the “Checkout” button. You can also find the link to “Checkout” in the “My Account” dropdown menu, located at the top of the page. On this page you can change the delivery and / or billing address, select the delivery method (under “shipping”) and the desired payment option. If you want to add a taxpayer number (NIF) in the invoice, you must add it in the corresponding field in the “Checkout” page. To finish, you only need to select the “Confirm Order” button (if the payment method chosen is Paypal, the button in question is named “Pay With Paypal“). Order Confirmation

After you have finish your order, you will receive a email with the order confirmation, in the email account previously indicated. 

Delivery

Orders follow through CTT · Correios de Portugal’s services, always by registered mail with an tracking code. All orders are sent in envelopes or boxes that provides a good protection of the products. The Customer will always receive confirmation of the shipment of the order, as well as the respective identification code for tracking.

The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the order and the country of destination. This cost includes all expenses related to order processing and shipping (envelopes, boxes, handling, as well as CTT costs).
